I also wish I could give zero stars. I brought in studded heels where one stud had fallen off and I brought it with me. I had worn the shoes one evening. The owner told me he would clean the spot and re secure the stud. It was a standard sized stud but I had brought the original. He told it would be $15. I went to pick up the shoe and he pointed out that another stud had come off the lower side. He decided to take it upon himself to put a piece of gold leather with a tiny, tacky stud on top of it. Then he kept prompting me to agree that it looked good. Then he says "all I am charging you is an extra $10 for this". Then he wouldn't give me my shoe until I paid him which I was not happy about but I wanted to get out with my not cleaned, mismatched studded, overpriced repair. Never go here!
