First and for most I really do not want to give a bad review on a business but I feel it is necessary. So very disappointed with this veterinarian hospital. My husband and I came in on a Saturday morning to bring our cat in with a swollen cheek. Girl at the front desk asked us some basic question and off we went to our room. The Vet came into the room with no personality whatsoever didn't seem like he cared. He barely opened our cats mouth and automatically said he had a abscess tooth and gingivitis. Told us we should get a dental cleaning and a extraction. We asked him how much that was going to be and he quoted us a little under 600.00. I then asked is there a cheaper route we could go and he said he could give him two injections and some mouth wash and the injections would only last about 2 weeks. We decided to go with the injections. 180.00 later we left. About 7 days later we noticed round red circles on his back. First thing I thought of was ringworm. My cat is not a outdoor cat, we have no other pets and also no one in my house has any rash or has ever had ringworm. My first thought was that my cat caught it from this office. So I called the office and asked them how is it possible that my cat was seen in your office a week ago for a bad tooth and now has a ringworm rash. After going back and forth with them on the phone you would think they would want to make this right or would want to see my cat after what I told them but no they didn't. I decided to take my cat to another veterinary hospital. Turns out my cat has ringworms. He did not have a abscess tooth and does not need a tooth extracted. This place is over priced. I feel like I was scammed out of 180.00 and know I was lied to. There are plenty of other veterinarians here in town. Stay away from this one.
