This dealership relies on a reputation for its upscale nameplate and a fancy showroom, but its sales staff and management leave much to be desired. I was forced to deal with no less than four different salespeople, two of whom had relatively little product knowledge. The biggest disappointment was the unprofessional attitude in attempting to negotiate a deal: they gave practically no discount off sticker for new vehicles and offered ridiculously low-ball offers for a trade-in. They struck big time attitudes when challenged on their numbers -- at one point claiming that Kelly Bluebook numbers on the trade-in were "made up." I gladly bought a car someplace else. Unless you have an insane desire to buy an overpriced Lexus, this is a dealership to avoid.
