One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Granted one doesn't expect Four Seasons service or amenities at this level, but is it too much to ask for a little respect , compassion, and a room with a working toilet?
Assistant Manager Kacie was incredibly rude and unsympathetic to a group of public school kids who raised money to compete in an academic competition in Champaign.
Disgusting food, condescending service and barely tolerable rooms. Many preferable options in Champaign. Don't choose this one.
