This place is horrible! My son starting coming here at two months old. He came to the daycare for three months and it has been a parents worst nightmare!
First of all my sons infant room has had such a huge turn over with at least 8 teachers whose names I can remember in the room in just the three months.
My son at just a couple months old came home with a scratch (in place and size he couldn't have done himself). I had no incident report. Had to contact the director Pam who informed it happened by another child who climbed up in my child's swing. She said they didn't tell me cause not all parents want to know every details. I told her I did.
Unfortunately my wishes were not respected. Shortly after my son came home with a bruise on his bottom across both bottom cheeks. When I addressed the issue with the director Pam, she advised me she already knew and they had noticed it in the morning and logged it. The log was dated but not time stamped and I wasn't informed right away.
They at one point hired a lady who spoke no English. Every night I picked up my son I had to leave the room and find a staff member to translate. Once I couldn't find any staff and had waited until I had a parent translate for me. When I addressed the issue with the director Pam she said oh well the teacher has an app that can translate for her to the parents who don't speak Spanish.
I left two bottles at the center after one of the teachers informed me that the bottles were being washed and sanitized there. However one Friday all the parents were being sent home with their bottles to be washed. My sons one bottle that they handed me looked different. It was worn and a faded color blue for the Dr. Brown 6oz bottle. I had my sons name written on blue tape, this bottle and his name was written on yellow tape. I kept explaining this wasn't his bottle plus I had two bottles. The bottom of this bottle was melted, I explained that couldn't be mine, my bottle wasn't melted. The director Pam immediately took ownership of the melted bottle saying that it happens when they warm the bottles sometimes (first of all, how hot is the milk in a bottle that the plastic is being melted?!? And why is a baby drinking out of melted plastic!?!). Then I notice the inside rubber like vent part of the dr. Brown bottle had a layer of a slime like substance and I again explained to Pam there's no way I believe this is my sons bottle it's disgusting. She advised me this was his and it was like that because I wasn't taking it home to clean it and that the teacher who told me that they sanitize bottles is no longer with them so she can't do anything about it. And then the little hole inside the inner vent piece of the bottle I noticed had MOLD!!! When I showed this to Pam her response changed to oh no this isn't your child's bottle and my girls would never feed him out of this bottle and then told me they'll find my two bottles and asked if I wanted to keep that bottle. They found one bottle and never found or replaced the other. On the very next business day a Monday when I asked to watch the cameras from Friday (as I was told I could request to watch anytime) they told me the only hold the videos for 48 hours. When I addressed the issue in front of another parent, the other mom said "omg your bottles had mold in them to" unacceptable!
I took my son out today after this incident not being resolved and continued communication complications with the staff and director Pam. I used to think it was great she so quickly had an explanation for any issue but I realize now she just has an excuse for everything and doesn't take ownership for anything that goes wrong in that place. When I left today she practically laughed in my face when I addressed the fact that I'm still missing a bottle and wanted a new one or to be compensated for it. And not once did she ask me why I was leaving, if there was anything they could have done differently, didn't apologize, didn't mention she was sad to see us go, didn't even tell me to have a good day.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!
