The five stars are for Dr. Cadaval; I give zero stars for the new practice. I loved Dr. Cadaval, and my most recent visit happened JUST BEFORE the practice was sold. However now that Dr. Cadaval is gone I am in medical claim hell regarding my last visit. The biller who worked with Dr. Cadaval was great and always worked with my insurance company to process my claim quickly and correctly. The people running the office now seem totally inept. The front desk staff cannot assist, and the supposed billing staff are NEVER in the office. I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get my claim processed correctly. My insurance company is confused, and I am stuck in the middle. I wish there was some way to get in touch with the biller who worked with Dr. Cadaval so I could get this claim processed. My insurance coverage is in limbo for the rest of the year until I can get this fixed. I have absolutely no hope that the people running the practice now will even return my phone call, let alone know how to process my March 10 claim.
