Love that the parking is free and that it is connected to Paris! The Indigo tower was quiet and the room size was great. Super disappointed in the staff (it took over 30 minutes to get a working hair dryer). The room also does not have a mini fridge, a coffee maker and the toiletries were lacking - no conditioner, mouth wash or body wash. If you are a Total Rewards member you can check in on line and then walk to a much shorter line to get your key card (the rates are better than rack rates as well). However, I was supposed to get a text telling me my room was ready and I never got one.
