Doesn't matter how the doctors are here, because no one answers the phones and you can't get help when you need it. Their voicemail says they check messages 3 times a day and return calls within 24 hours, but they dont. I needed to reschedule a procedure so I called for 3 straight days and left messages ( no human ever picks up) but no one ever called me back. I finally had to get un my car and drive over to their office. When I got there, they told me to take a seat in the waiting room and I had to wait 30 min before someone would talk to me about changing my procedure date. Clearly they are way understaffed for their patient load. And that impacts patient care across the board. I would go elsewhere if my insurance would let me.
