I first found Universal Solar Direct through Yelp, amongst many other competitors who I called and had brief experiences with, but none to my liking. Once I had an appointment set up later in the week for someone to come out to my house and give me a free estimate I was called back minutes later only to have Eugene show up to my house that very day. Eugene has been INCREDIBLE. He was very patient with me as I had many questions that lasted for hours between two different sessions. The installation was completed August, 2016 in 1 day. The entire experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! Now I am very happy with my new (lower!) NV Energy bills. I HIGHLY recommend Universal Solar Direct.
