I am in Home Depots almost daily and as a general contractor spend thousands of dollars a year as. A loyal Home Depot customer from Tucson to Phoenix and other areas. The service at the paint department, with nobody in line, was absolutely the worst experience I've had in years. Both employees were rude, asked at first "What do you need?" And were extremely put out when we asked about matching a Dunn Edwards painting, even telling us to go to the store and get a sample. They walked away from us as we were trying to decide what to do and carried on a personal conversation about a movie. I will never return to this store and highly recommend anybody else consider the same.
