Please educate your baristas. I used to love second cup in Montreal but the staff I encountered at this particular location were pretty rude. I wanted to try your new coconut turmeric smoothie since I saw your posters outside the store so I simply asked "do you know what it tastes like?". The woman working was very nonchalant replying "I don't know I don't like turmeric". I then tried to ask the barista making the drink what it would taste like. He didn't know either since he's never tried it. If you're pushing out a new product wouldn't it be best if your employees tried it?
Ps. It wasnt bad it was like coconuty. Would I buy again? No.
