My wife and I recently purchased bikes, from Eddy's Bike Shop in Stow. We've been buying accessories there, for many years, but this is the first time, we purchased bikes.
After doing some research online and looking around at the store, we decided to go with the Trek 7.2 FX. The sales associate that worked with us, was Tom "the Doughboy" Hart. He is a really nice guy and took the time, to fit us to our bikes, watch us ride and then make, all the proper adjustments.
My bike had to be brought in from another store so we had to pick them up, the following day. Tom called, when it was ready and when we got to the store, he made some final adjustments and even helped us put them on our bike rack.
Purchasing our bikes at Eddy's, was a fun and pleasant experience and I highly recommend shopping there, for all your biking needs. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories, the staff is very knowledgable and friendly and their customer service, is top notch.
