I woke up this morning to my toilet flooding my entire apartment. I tried ringing building management and I couldn't reach anyone. Toilets are important and I needed a functional one. So I called F1 based on yelp.ca comments. They sent someone over, within a couple of hours. Fortunately building management saw a work order form I had filled out and they came over before F1 showed up (a bare 5 minutes) so they were in the process of fixing my toilet - valve was broken, so it wasn't me, huzzah! I am rating F1 a 4/5 stars for excellent customer service over the telephone, prompt service on a Sunday morning, and even though I didn't need F1 in the end the plumber still came up to check things out before he left, just to make sure Building Management was fixing the toilet properly and not putting some bandaid-solution.
