These apartments are okay. They are waayyy overpriced for what they have to offer. I realize that they were a little more costly because they are in Summerlin, but there are bigger and better options around this area. The reason that I am giving these apartments a 1 star instead of a 2 or (MAYBE) a 3, is because the management has their head up their @$$. After my 1 year lease was up, I left. Upon leaving there were a couple of stains on the carpet, as well as the oven was pretty dirty. My security deposit didn't cover it all, so they sent me the remaining balance of $80.00. No worries right? I simply sent them a check for the whole remaining balance of $80.00. About a week later it was taken out of my account. Alright cool! we're all even now. Or so at least I thought. I get a call on January 5th from the collection agency saying that I owe them $80.00 for not paying Avery Villas. I moved back to Arizona and am already very busy as it is trying to get everything situated over here... and now I have this to worry about. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I hope someone reads this review and it makes you think twice about moving in with these clowns.
