Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. We weren't sure if we were in the right area to start with as you have to drive through a residential area, but there it was!
Really enjoyed the battered fish and chips, although the batter is definitely not British! Still good enough that we went back a few days later with our British friends. They enjoyed it too. Also tried the Jalapeño Poppers and the Hush Puppies.
Both times the service was great, but we were the only people in the restaurant. Food was fast and fresh.
Personally I think the fish is even better at Culver's, but Hubby much preferred Mandy's. We'll be going back!
