We had awesome room locations up on mountain side, corner rooms- views out of every window! Thanks Amelia!
Overall, the place needs a face lift. There are broken pieces of buildings, stairs, pools, all over the resort.
Good experience- the drivers for the property are run very well, organized, quick, and cordial.
The hotel it self could be a little more helpful. The fedex / business center is $$$ and difficult to use.
The Starbucks in property gave us old coffee and a gross cappuccino, all cold milk and not enough espresso, lady behind counter gave attitude when we returned it.
Spa is only for services, not for hangout, FYI!
Different Pointe of View restaurant was great!
Pointe in Tyne restaurant - we had burnt food here, no good.
The corporate center staff and catering staff performed so so so well!! Food and service was great!
