Thank you, thank you, thank you for retrieving all my contacts after T-Mobil deleted them from my loaner phone before putting them on my new phone. The young girl behind the counter was awesome. She was able to get me up and running with all my contacts and photos. I am not really sure why T-Mobile could not do the same but I am thankful that they referred me to uBreakiFix. It's hard to believe, but I actually fixed a 'phone problem' without having to call my son. ha Thanks again
