Avoid this company like the plague.
Our flight was delayed and so I called from the Las Vegas airport but nobody answered the call even after multiple tries. And in the process my supposedly 2 hour time limit to pick up the car expired. Had to wait for more than half hour for the shuttle to show up. We finally reach the rental office and they tell me that they cancelled my reservation. I was left stranded
Don't waste your time trying to think you got a good deal. Just go with a regular car rental company.
