Ok, so since I haven't actually lived in Arizona for quite some time, I am just going on my online experiences, phone transactions, times when I have been back visiting the area, etc.. I would say that 95% of my interactions with AZFCU since I was about ten years old [I'm 35 now] have been very good. From what I can tell they have really developed a good over the phone touch tone system that is easy to navigate - and believe me I am very picky. They are faster to show transactions than my local banks in Virginia - and this is even though I live 2,500 miles away. They have good rates on loans, etc.. I think the only issues I've really had is the occaisional tone of a responding secure email support representative who was having a bad day [which happens to all of us]. I also like the identity protection feature that they've contracted with a company to offer to memebers. Thanks to all AZFCU locations and to the Credit Union in it's entirety.
