1st off,,, staff there is stellar. Now for the bs. I called for an MRI appt. and said my partner is very sick, can't stay still or lay flat and has a 30 seconds memory.. RESPONSE: IM SURE THEY WILL ACOMIDATE HIM. Go to appt. only one handicap space, 6 wheelchairs inside. They tried 2 times to take the images but he would not lay still and was very agitated! Left with nothing. Took hours to get him ready! Waiting on call for a new appt. at another facility were they can sedate him. Will be watching my ins bills to make sure no one gets paid due to incompetency.
