A/C off on Saturday 7/9/2016; Too late to get service till Monday, so decide to give a shot on common problem-CAPACITOR, after purchase made and on my way home, then realize there is a red stamp on receipt as "NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS", which was not disclosed at all before handing over my credit card. This is the only trick I have been pulled on, don't know how many out there, FOLKS, BE ALERT ON THEIR DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
AC tech squeeze his time come out after I get home and fixed my AC, but the store refuse take this brand new and unopened part back on Monday, 7/11/2016 when they open door again.
It didn't cost me much ($21.97), but am disgusted being rejected for next business day return; Is it the only store which pass Best Buy for none return? I will contact State Attorney General Office to find out.
