I have been going here for ever I'm very disappointed to have to be writing this but again I expect a certain level of service. Not to mention I've sent countless people to this dentist. I had an appointment today at 12pm I arrived at 11:55am the receptionist told me that they tried to call me at 7am (I have no missed call & no voice mail, and I was awake at 630am) and on top of that I got a text at 10am reminding me of my appointment (the receptionist said that's because they never removed me from the schedule) so basically I drove all the way to dr baldwins office to find out my appointment was cancelled fun way to spend part of my day off
