After hearing my husband complain for 22 years about bad haircuts I was given Elliots name by a client of mine. I made him an appointment and he reluctantly went telling me for the week leading up it wouldn't matter because he has "bad hair" he came home SO happy that he actually booked his next 3 haircuts with Elliot.
