OK place- I've gone for a couple of years and my cuts have always been fine but not amazing and I'd started to wonder if it was worth the cost. At my last appointment, I had my hair colored. I wear glasses so I couldn't see while she was dying it but when I went home and put my hair up I saw that I had a lot of whites on my hairline so I emailed and asked for a touch up. They didn't tell me until I got there that I would have to pay for the dye and the excuse the owner gave me was that "the stylist didn't know that I wanted my roots dyed". It's almost comical because my hair is black and my roots are white! I guess the stylist thought i wanted to cover up a few highlights but leave really obvious white roots? She thought this because I didn't explicitly explain that dying my hair includes dying my roots? There was no apologies for the waste of my time or the fact that someone was supposed to email me and tell me there was a cost and didn't. Everybody makes mistakes but I can't respect not admitting to them.
