First time trying Left Coast Burrito outside of ADC for food truck Fridays. I had the Times New Ramen and OMG! So in love. The pork belly was the best I have ever had anywhere. Most the time it is never cooked properly and very chewy but this was the complete opposite, it was tender and "sticky" (if you know, you know what I am talking about). The burrito came with a little side of broth, which I unfortunately didn't discover how delicious and necessary it was for the burrito's flavor profile till the end of my meal. Duly noted for next time (which JUST so happens to be TODAY!!! Can't wait!)
***UPDATE: I am not sure what happened but the burrito I got today (times new ramen) was NOT the same as last time. It was not as big as the last time, it did NOT contain pork belly, it was more like fatty, dried out pulled pork prices. I am extremely disappointed!!! I will never be back! $11 bucks out the window.
