Worst customer service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese burger no onions. I get home and what do I see? ONIONS! Not only did I ask for no onions but it looks like they put extra! So ok, mistakes happen. I then try to call them to let them know what happened. Because honestly, too lazy to drive over there to get another one. No answer! I call 5 times. No answer. So I say screw it and drive back. This time I go inside to explain the mistake. Not only were they rude but their excuse for not answering the phone was because they are busy. There was nobody in line inside and 1 car at the drive through. I've worked at restaurants and many years in customer service. You at least pick up and say please hold. I expected a new cheese burger and maybe (not trying to push my luck) a refund. Nope. All I got was attitude
