My wife and I went to the Mentor location looking at shower tile and were made aware they also carry counter tops. We saw one color and brand we liked and asked our salesman Tomm for a price. He told us he would call the Bedford store because they are the ones who price and service counter tops. This was noon on Friday. By Tuesday at noon we had not heard from the Bedford Calvetta Brothers store. I called , talked to stay lot, explained my situation and asked for help and an answer why no call. She told me she'd would get an answer and call me in one hour. This is Wednesday and no call from Taytor. This morning another lady called from this store wanting to make an appointment to give us an estimate. My wife said we will look elsewhere. No answer to our question on Friday which was a cost of material before wasting their home coming out to give estimate on something we could not afford. Just talked to salesman who also said he talked to Bedford store twice trying to get someone their to call us and answer s question. Very disappointed in a company I thought highly of based on their commercials. The Tile Shop in Mentor at Points East is the exact opposite. Calvetta Btothers. If you are looking at tile works you must visit a state of the art store with professional sales people very happy to help you.
