Staying in Kent for the night. Needed sandwiches to go. Dave's Cosmic Subs was delicious. Got The Grateful Dave. Turkey, tomato, red onion, Dave's Cosmic Sauce, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, mayo and hot pepper juice. UNBELIEVABLY good. Add provolone, have them toast it up so the cheese gets melty. Have them add the sprouts after toasting so they don't get soggy. Trust me, mouth-gasm. Was concerned it would be too spicy. Not at all. The hot pepper juice is a drizzle and adds the perfect dab of flavorful kick. We ended up eating there because we had melty toasty goodness. Intended on saving half for later...no chance. The collection of music memorabilia is pretty excellent too. GO!
