So I stayed this last weekend with my kids. Let me advise you now, the pool is not for kids. So if you go with family, plan on walking to the Flamingo or Harrahs, which sucks. Flamingo was a long walk.
Had other issues with room keys that got replaced a number of times but never worked.
Don't try navigating their voice activated phone system when you call. You can be as quiet as the dead, and still it will hear that you want to talk to marketing and forward

Front desk staff did work patiently to resolve my complaints so I'll give an extra star and some thumbs up to them for their patience and ability to be professional.
