Ok.. So if you're going to accept appointments, then you ought to honor them. I made an appointment for 2p on a Wednesday. I was told that the rep with whom I made the appointment had gotten a lot of paperwork, but she'd try to get to me asap. Huh? Put the paperwork aside and get to your scheduled appointment! After 20 minutes of waiting, I got frustrated. But because I was referred to this particular tax professional, I decided to take another chance and reschedule my appointment for the following week.
When I arrived right on time, I just knew she'd be ready and waiting for me. NOPE. Same thing happened- she apparently was with someone else, and 20 minutes later, still not done.
Lesson learned- if you've got something else to do or somewhere else to be, don't schedule an appointment here.
