Ive been using various Pep Boys locations here in the Valley for about 8 years or so, and must say that even though it is a national chain, the employees definitely make it feel more personal. This particular location is pretty slow, so just come with that in mind (maybe bring a ride with you so you don't have to wait around). They recently have started taking appointments, so I would recommend you do that to save some time. The service manager, )I think his name is Josue*shaved head) def knows his stuff and will help you resolve your issue. ^__^
