Stayed here not too long ago through hoteltonight. Check in at 3pm on a Thursday was quick, friendly and they accommodated me with a request for a king non smoking.
We stayed for two nights and three days, our room was on the 38th floor and very windy. There is a panel on our window to allow outside air to come into the room without opening the window and it was very noisy. Ours did not close all the way, luckily my boyfriend was able to stack some magazines from the room to shut out the wind passing through.
On our check out day we asked for a possible late check out and they offered an extra hour. At check out 11:30 pm on a Saturday the line was very long. However they have check in/check out kiosks I missed a few days prior. I slipped my room keys in there, entered my email address and done!
The room itself was very clean, well kept and tons of out side lighting.
The staff was friendly and accommodating!
I will stay here again
