The reason I'm giving this place two stars is for the deceptive advertising. Their website states on the reservations page that unlimited mileage is included. However, they charged me an extra $10 a day for driving too far. I spoke to the assistant manager and she stated that it's only unlimited mileage within a certain area. She acknowledged that the website was deceptive and didn't state that the driving area was limited, but she refused to do anything about it. EDIT: Adrian the branch manager called me, he rectified everything. Great customer service.
