As previous reviews have stated - food was very good and ambience was awesome for Sunday brunch. There was not too long of a wait and we got great seating outside. The service, however, was the downfall of the experience. While our waiter was friendly, he was totally clueless of what was going on. Our food took 40 minutes to come out, even though when we sat down we were one of only 4 or 5 parties there. It came out cold and was missing multiple items that we had asked for as sides and so on. We asked for ketchup and it took 10 minutes just to get it. On top of that, other employees were no better. One grabbed the salt and pepper off of our table without saying anything, and another cut us off walking into the restaurant.
After speaking with the manager they took of part of our final check, but didn't really seem to care about the issue.
