They cancelled our tour last minute due to low ridership. It's our last night in Vegas and we had this planned to enjoy the sights, and now we're left out to dry. Wasted 12,000 gold coins from the myvegas slots to get a free ticket, we do not have the time to fuss with that. Refund for other ticket will be standard 5 business days. Apparently these guys focus more on the grand Canyon tours but no one tells you that when you call. Now i see why the open top big bus tours are packed and everywhere on the strip, and no grey line tour busses anywhere. These guys are a joke of a company, even the customer service department is not available every day, are you kidding me???! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys like the plague!
