Food: sugar cookies with yummy frosting. My daughter got one large chocolate on chocolate which was very moist. We also got 9 minis - lemon, chocolate, red velvet, and coconut. They also has a free sample of mini cherry. Unfortunately, the sample was dry and same with the minis, although I enjoyed the coconut flavor. So the 5 star rating is just for the chocolate.
Service: bald guy at counter was surprisingly not that friendly or welcoming for a new business location. Gee, you work in cookies, how can you not be smiling and happy?! I wasn't clear if I should put the cookies in the fridge. He was like you can do either, but I put them in the fridge and later wished I hadn't. The frosting got harder.
Ambiance: no seating, only counter.
Location: same plaza as Kumon.
Next time I'd just buy one big chocolate on chocolate and call it a day. Oh and eat soon after.
