This H&R office is close to my home. Last year Linda prepared my taxes. I thought she did an ok job, but then I received an unexpected refund because she had made a mistake. Silly me, this year I went back. My mistake. It was difficult communicating with her. I asked one question and Linda answered a different question. At one point she threw out a variety of answers to a question that I had not asked. She didn't listen and was condescending. When we were finished she said ok we're done, then looked down & busied herself with paperwork. So I just got up and left. She didn't say thank you for coming back or anything. Very awkward. I won't be going back to H&R Block, ever again. I just hope my return is correct.
