All they do is collect dues. When you need them, they are nowhere to be found. Half of my block is taken over by section 8 people, now my street is filled with debris and dirt. They have been leaving trash everywhere, broken down cars in front of drive way, streets, unkept front yard, dead plants, unsupervised children running everywhere ect. I called FSR twice, everytime phone operator transferred me to the manager who supposedly manages my division, she NEVER answers her phone. So why am i paying them my hard earned money every month when they are doing absolutely NOTHING about anything??
