I've been a customer here only one time and I will not be a returning one. I purchased two pairs of ray ban sunglasses. I had the warranty on both pairs. One lens popped out on only one pair- very simple fix. Lens Crafters repaired it but not well. It was loose and fell out again and the lens shattered this time. I went back and explained to an employee that this happened because it was not repaired well enough in the first place. The only solution to this issue offered was for me to purchase an entire new pair at the same original price they are listed at. I'm disappointed in the way this situation was handled and how quickly my issue was dismissed. As a customer I felt I was not valued nor treated well.
