While the staff is always nice, this is a Starbucks to avoid because of the inconsistency of how they prepare my very simple iced coffee with caramel sauce and my occasional extra hot white chocolate mocha. I've gone here for five months straight every few days and they can never ever get my order straight.
There are two things always wrong with the coffee, in the case of the mocha, it's never hot enough to 180 degrees hot that I request and for the iced coffee they always forget the caramel sauce. While they do fix it when I have time, sometimes I just don't have the time to wait for them to do that because of the line.
So be it, I officially give up on this location.
