Jo-Ann in general is ok as far as the major chain craft stores, it's not my favorite. They have a pretty decent fabric section, but their art and paper craft dept are meh and higher priced then their craft chain store counterparts.
I would rather support the smaller, local owned quilt stores and paper craft stores if I'm spending any money with or without a coupon.
Anytime, you use a coupon, most of their stuff is on sale like 30% so you can't use their coupon, just useless.
Overall, this location is much better than the one in Avondale.
