If you are going to go to a Ride Now please drive pass through the one in Goodyear and head to the Ride Now in Peoria. I came into the Goodyear location in search of a Ranger for my husband's birthday. We dealt with a sales rep named Matt who was actually very nice and professional. As soon as his manager stepped in to speak about numbers he was very rude and cut and dry. He was trying to sell my husband a stocked ranger at a higher price than a stocked Razr. He didn't even attempt to make us feel that we were getting a good deal. What was suppose to be an exciting birthday purchase actually made my husband upset and frustrated on his birthday all because of this one manager. We then went to the Ride Now in Peoria and were treated 10 times better and made us feel that they actually wanted out business. Not to mention the price they gave us an incredible deal in compared to Goodyear.
Goodyear Ride Now- You have too many 1 star reviews! I hope my additional 1 star review will encourage upper management to reflect on how they are treating their potential clients and should restructure their management so they can actually make a sale. Ride Now in Peoria took your sale because they treated us as serious buyers and wanted our business.
