Omg! ( check my last review on this company, if you aren't sure what this is about) Right after my past review, in which I complained about the bad job done on my floor, I got a series of threatening messages from Darrel, assumably the owner , both by voicemail and email. He directed them to my personal accounts, versus the friend that is listed on my receipt for contact, and who called him to address these issues, assuming, I guess, that I would be easier to intimidate. Not so. He repeatedly insulted me, my integrity and my house, and threatened to file complaints against my medical license ( I am a doctor, and have never seen him as a patient ) , and my prior military record, unless I remove my reviews filed online about his service . He also told me he secretly recorded the bid interview, and would use it against me, if I don't remove my reviews, though this is laughable, as the items he wishes to blackmail me with are not an issue, and, if the full consult is recorded, will demonstrate how he scammed me. He stated in an email that he records all of his bids, which makes me wonder about his motives. My take? Don't take the job, if , for any reason you don't plan to/ don't think you can deliver. He says, now, that my floor was only to be cleaned, not stripped, which is what he says now would be required, though the receipt lists stripping, and, honestly a) the floor was not even clean and b) who the f' would pay over $1000 after tip for a cleaning? I could have had a housecleaner mop the floor, with better results, for $100 How often does this man try to blackmail disgruntled customers into removing reviews, with illegal recordings? I reviewed my experience of his service and I have attached after pictures. He says he will ruin me over filing online reviews .Whatever his accusations to try to get me to remove this review, you decide for yourself if this is how a floor should look after service. ( I will freely share those and many more, if requested) Make sure you check out the other complaints against him on better business bureau, Mesa , AZ, as it looks like these complaints are pretty similar to mine.Think carefully before choosing this service, as you could easily find yourself in my shoes, if you dare to complain....
