I am very sad to post this review. I have had Jill as a hairdresser for the better part of a year and I've been very happy. This week I booked a full highlight and cut for a visiting friend whom I wanted to treat to a makeover as a surprise. I had discussed this with Jill a couple of days earlier during my own appointment. To my great disappointment Jill completely FAILED to deliver. She did not do anything I asked her to do. Jill did a partial foil with an unflattering version of the color she already had and NO cut. My friend was so excited to get a full foil and a cut needless to say she is very unhappy with the lack of service but unfortunately did not say anything. I reached out to Jill immediately after the appointment to find out what had gone wrong and to find out why she didn't do what was scheduled. After some heated discussion back and forth it became clear that she really didn't care. Jill should have said bring your friend back immediately so I can make this right. Instead she said my friend was happy when she left the salon so even though she didn't do what was booked for my friend she felt no responsibility for my friends unhappiness. This is horrible customer service. I've never encountered a situation like this before. I can say not only did she fail to make this situation right, she lost me as a client as well. I will never recommend her to anyone again. A hairdresser who owns her company must be mindful that it is a "Customer Service Driven Business".!! Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. She completely miss the mark on this service.
