I really like this gym and have been a member for a couple of years, since it was a Gold's Gym. The main issues I have is that they always seem to be out of towels, and that several times I've felt like I'm inconveniencing the staff by wanting to check in. When I walk up, they may be having a personal conversation and can't stop to scan my key tag. There are times I haven't been greeted at all and have to say "Hello?" to get them to look at me. Another time, a girl was so engrossed with whatever was on her phone that she didn't know I was even there for at least a minute. They had a great front desk person named Justin who was funny, always greeted everyone and truly seemed to enjoy people - I heard that they fired him for having purple hair! It's 2016! Sorry to say, but rude lazy millennials bother me way more than purple hair or piercings or tattoos ever would. Get with it, EOS! You just fired one of your best assets!
