I have not even stayed yet but i'm giving the hotel 5 stars because of their customer service. I had to cancel my reservation due to a death in the family and they easily just moved my reservation to a later date. Romeo butihi was gracious enough to accommodate our needs and was very kind and generous. He is the greatest! If an employee is kind, patient, and accommodating then the whole crew, management and establishment will reflect the same. Very grateful and thankful for Romeo. We are excited to stay at this hotel and will recommend it to anyone due to its great customer service!
