Needed a late night dinner so made a last minute call to papa johns. First I called to verify the hours...had the epitome of GREAT customer service (was not expecting that based on the yelp reviews and the time). She was friendly, accommodating and answer all my questions professionally and detailed. I hung up in shock because it's rare to get great service over the phone. The service was so great even though they were closing 30 mins from the time of the call I called back ordered and rushed over to make sure I made it time to bring them my late night business! Even the gentleman that answer my call was friendly and diligent in making sure my order was correct.
I would describe this 3 person late night crew as A players!
