I would strongly advise you not purchase a Groupon for this service. I had one of the worst experience from this person who failed to contact me after several phone calls and an e-mail. When she finally did contact me it was negative and recommended I get a refund from Groupon and never contact her again. Considered yourself Warned.I purchased a treatment on Groupon for 100 minutes of massage which required me to call for an appointment. I tried to contact this company so we could agree on an appointment time. The first time I called there was no response so I left a message on their answering machine, I waited 24 hours then called again, still no contact and I left a message. After waiting another 24 hours with no response I sent an e-mail, another 24 hours passed so I decided to contact Groupon to let them know the company failed to respond, it was now I received an answer from this company and the conversation goes as noted: Company:" I have been in the hospital dealing with a serious illness. I'm sorry for not making your text my priority. Please seek a refund from Groupon, thanks so much. I responded: If I were in business and became ill, I certainly would have resources in place to advise my customers who have prepaid for services that I am not able to fulfill the contract. Company responded: Great, Mike, thanks for sharing. I will be sure to remember that the very next time I find myself suddenly in the hospital again, I'll be sure to put my customers before my children and my own life. Kindly seek a refund from Groupon and do not contact me again, thanks" .
