I have not been here in years and now I know exactly why. I had a free coupon for a car wash and drove out of my way to get my car washed here.
The customer service and actual car wash were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I would never go here again even if they paid me to come in.
I rolled up and nobody was around to greet me or tell me if I was even parked in the right place. I find this kid who acted like he didn't work there (but did). Super oblivious and played dumb. I go inside to the cashier and that guy was even worse. Was looking over some papers not facing the register at all and could care less to be there when I got his attention.
The cherry on this crap cake was that the car wash was terrible and the car still looks dirty.
I hope the owner reads this because they should be ashamed.
