I rented from a very nice guy Paul-
I gave my rent and security deposit. My apartment never had the carpet cleaned or was I given any mail keys. So like a responsible adult I paid out of pocket and was told that I would be reimbursed back. When I moved out - I was given pages and pages of fees after fees - told that my rent was late every month and therefore, a fee for each month I was there. No refund of key fees $45
I was charged a carpet cleaning fee ! When I reached out to discuss this - NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!
I received $210 out of $1,300 security deposit !
Shameless business !
My intention with this posting is that you check with others before you work with these Piranhas!
